Kyoto Notre Dame Women's University, a prestigious women's university in Kyoto, celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2011 since its founding in 1961 and is promoting the "Kitayama Campus Comprehensive Development Plan" as part of its commemorative projects. For the new construction of the Eugenia Hall, which is a core facility of the plan, we fully supplied the horizontal circulation recycling carpet tile "ECOS®" and custom curtains. The university's buildings include not only general classrooms but also a library, fully equipped lecture rooms, and a chapel unique to Catholic schools. Brown-toned carpet tiles were used in the shared corridors and library, while Roman shades were chosen for the dining hall and lecture rooms, creating a bright yet soft atmosphere.
