Tosa City is located in the western part of Kochi Prefecture and is a production area for kozo, the raw material for Japanese paper, and is also famous for the traditional craft Tosa Washi. Tosa City Cultural Complex Tsunaade, a complex that supports the daily lives of citizens, has opened in a place connected to this area, with free spaces where people of all generations can interact, event halls, and public facilities, and a space where people can freely enjoy food and music. Tango (hook) curtains were used for the facility's ``Blue Hall''. The design is inspired by the Niyodo River, with a blue base and an upward gradation to represent the light seen from underwater. The hall is designed to allow natural light to enter from the top of the back of the seats, making you feel as if you are underwater in the Niyodo River. In addition, the lattice pattern is inspired by the building's characteristic steel curtain wall, and the design is in harmony with the building.
