Terms of service
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the ``Terms'') set forth the terms and conditions of use of the services provided by Suminoe Interior Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the ``Company''), such as delivery of fabric samples, catalogs, sample books, etc. (hereinafter referred to as ``Samples, etc.'') and email distribution (hereinafter referred to as the ``Service''). Article 1(applicable)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and the Company regarding the use of this Service. Article 5(Provision of this service)
1. Users may request samples, etc. according to the method specified by the Company. Business users can request fabric samples, catalogs, and swatch books; personal users can only request fabric samples.
2. Upon receiving a request for a sample based on the preceding paragraph, an email will be automatically sent to the user stating that the request has been received and the details of the request. The contract for the provision of samples, etc. shall be concluded upon the shipment of the samples, etc. from our company.
3. These terms and conditions only govern this service, and our company will not be involved in any troubles between users and customers regarding the handling of samples, etc. by users. Users shall bear all responsibility for the above troubles between themselves and customers, and shall not cause any trouble to the Company.
4. Users shall comply with related laws and regulations, regulations of related organizations, and others when connecting to, browsing, searching, etc. this service.
5. Users shall not engage in any actions that may cause other companies to misunderstand that they are the operating entity of the Service, or that they are involved as an operating party, or that the User has been granted agency by the Company.
6. If the Company determines that the User is committing an act that violates these Terms, or is likely to do so, the Company may terminate the User's connection to, reference to, search for, etc., without prior notice to the User.
Article 6(Prohibited matters)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using this service.

Article 7(Information protection)
1. Users shall manage all information learned through this service with the care of a prudent administrator.

3. The Company may request the User to report on the implementation status of Paragraphs 1 and 2 of this Article at any time.
Article 8(Suspension of provision of this service, etc.)

Article 13(Changes to Terms of Use)
