A new facility, ``Acrier Himeji,'' has been built as a base for culture and art. The curtain design for the stage hall was donated by the late Kenzo Takada, a world-famous designer from Himeji City, and our company received the order and delivered both the large and medium halls. The stage curtain in the large hall depicts the scene of the eastern sky becoming brighter every moment and the morning sun illuminating Shirasagi Castle (Himeji Castle) and the land, along with a motif of peonies. The stage curtain in the middle hall depicts Shirasagi Castle floating in the fantastic light of the sunset, as the sun slowly disappears to the west, as if to celebrate the day's hard work, along with a motif of peonies. We faithfully reproduced this idea in the stage curtain, and upon delivery, we received high praise from all parties involved.
