Tokyo Central Shibuya is a six-story rental office building located a 9-minute walk from Shibuya Station. SUMINOE GROUP's horizontal circulation recycled carpet tiles from the “ECOS®” series were selected for the exclusive areas of this office building. The LX-2900 series was installed in the workspaces, and the EX-1000 series was used in the conference rooms. The EX-1000 series contributes to reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions by minimizing the use of virgin materials and incorporating recycled nylon, achieving an industry-leading 81% recycled material content and a 61% CO₂ reduction rate.
