TKP Co., Ltd., which operates numerous rental conference rooms across Japan, manages this property, "TKP Garden City PREMIUM Shinsaibashi". Although primarily used for company meetings and interviews, it also serves as a banquet hall on occasion. When proposing the design, we received the request to "create an image similar to that of a hotel banquet hall." However, due to the existing OA floor, the rool carpet, commonly used in hotels, couldn't be used. Therefore, we selected a design pattern from the printed carpet tile ESQUISSE series, which has joints that are less noticeable, similar to roll carpets, and features bold, graphical designs. Each room was outfitted with the modern "DELICATE" series and the Japanese-style "ZEN" series, with a black solid border around the edges, giving a sharp and defined look. Additionally, the hallway adopted the large-patterned "BOLD" series, creating an atmosphere akin to a hotel lobby, perfectly meeting the client’s requirements.
