SANSEIDO BOOKSTORE LTD. Kanda Jimbocho Main Store opened on March 19, 2026 after four years of construction work. The building will offer the appeal of a new bookstore to customers and the surrounding area, and will feature the Front Place brand name on the upper floors, creating a high-grade office building. In the interior, SUMINOE GROUP's carpet tile "ECOS®" LX series was adopted. The office uses ECOS LX-1700 series, which has a motif of waves crashing on the shore, and is pasted in a row so that the gentle curved pattern design stands out continuously. The hallways and elevator halls are made of ECOS LX-2500 series (small size), which is inspired by a rock surface, and ECOS LX-2600 series (large size), which is inspired by a stone wall, to create a sense of variation. The ECOS LX series is carpet tile SUMINOE GROUP's unique recycling system, which regenerates products from raw materials, reduces energy consumption and CO₂ emissions by keeping the use of virgin materials low, achieving a recycled material ratio of 71%* (total product weight) and a CO₂ reduction contribution rate of 47%* (compared to virgin raw material products) (*As of delivery in January 2026)
