Sanseido Shoten Kanda Jimbocho Main Store opened on March 19, 2026 after four years of construction work. The building will offer the appeal of a new bookstore to customers and the surrounding area, and will feature the Front Place brand name on the upper floors, creating a high-grade office building. In the interior, SUMINOE GROUP's horizontal recycling systemCarpet tileThe "ECOS®" LX series was adopted. The office uses the ECOS LX-1700 series, which has a motif of waves crashing on the shore, and is pasted in a row so that the gentle curved pattern design stands out continuously. The hallways and elevator halls are made of ECOS LX-2500 series (small size), which is inspired by a rock surface, and ECOS LX-2600 series (large size), which is inspired by a stone wall, to create a sense of variation.
