At Osaka Saishin Gakuin Hoshi no Hikari Kindergarten, located in Matsubara City, Osaka Prefecture, we work hard every day to foster children who are creative and humane, with a focus on independence. One of the educational contents is expression (painting production) activities, and repeated research is being done to help children express themselves freely and respectfully. The children's masterpieces were exhibited at the 39th World Children's Art Exhibition, and they received many special individual awards and awards for their efforts in being selected. Among them, M.T.'s ``Halloween Party'', which won the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology's special award, will be used as a Suminoe art curtain in the hall of the school. The unique brush strokes of watercolor paintings and the soft, delicate expressions of ink and washi paper are read into a machine via a computer, and carefully woven using an electronic jacquard loom, making the work extremely realistic. The result was one that fully satisfied the children, their parents, and everyone involved in the kindergarten.
